Typical I have a cold, therefore this week training has had to be downgraded to a few sessions. This morning I am going to go to body combat, BUT THAT IS IT. I might even go on a nice dog walk you never know. However if I feel better tomorrow I will be off and running again as I build up to the first of my 2012 challenges. During this week I have just missed out on my best healthy weight or my best running weight, this week I intend to reach my goal and to maintain it.
