This is it all the holidays out of the way and here I go. Tonight I have booked into 2 hours of group exercises including Body Combat and Body Attack. Both classes will be full and both classes are designed for aerobic style work outs that get the heart racing.
Over the next week I am going to re-introduce running into my training plan, aiming to be comfortable at 10k within the month. April I am booked into the Derby 10k, then March I am doing Survival of the fittest, 12k and 10 obstacles, finally May I will be attempting Tough Mudder, 13 miles and 20 nasty obstacles. That`s the plan all I have to do is get my fitness levels right, my diet right and stay fit.
