Well yesterday I did a circuit class and to say I had no energy was an understatement. I just could not get going, I had no desire to be there, maybe its Christmas taking hold of me. Anyway today is a new day and today I am going running, 4pm this afternoon is the deadline and I intend to put in some real effort.
