Saturday work out.
Well here we go again today I was subjected to 2 sessions of BOOT CAMP and it was hard, for the first time I have realised that chaining my regime is so important as you experience different highs and your muscles certainly feel the shock. Who ever invented squat thrusts should be locked up, what is the point of them other than to make you feel sick. Also we had to endure a session of VIPER what a great simple invention and wow how they make you work all your body.
Once I had endured this workout I attended a Body Combat Class, this was great fun however I was flagging due to my other sessions. Its fair to say that at my age I looked so uncoordinated, hardly a ballet dancer more of a lump of flesh prancing around, however it did the trick and I felt a lot better for the the experience.
