I have just reached 50 and keeping fit is my main aim

I started going to the gym 2 years ago with the soul aim of getting fit and loosing the extra pound that had appeared around my mid drift. Initially I joined a gym and started working out on a treadmill, then the usual cardio kit. I was board within 2 weeks and started to look at different ways of keeping myself motivated. It was at this point I was introduced to group exercise to be precise aerobics. This was the light bulb moment for me and suddenly I realised that getting fit was fun, I was motivated and within weeks doing more and more classes trying all the different types of group workouts.
